At Embryolisse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare routine. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes and include a copy of your invoice or the RA number inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
